No. Ugoburo.ca is an online store based in a Montreal suburb on the St-Lawrence river south shore.

Once you have found a product that fits your criteria, specify the required quantity then click on the "Add to Cart" button below the product description. This action will automatically send the selected product to a shopping cart. At this point, you will be given 3 options:

The shopping cart content can be accessed at any time simply by clicking on the shopping cart icon located at the top right corner of the page. Once in shopping cart mode, products can be easily reviewed, changed or deleted. In addition, you will be able to read our delivery policy, return policy , confidentiality policy and the details of Ugoburo.ca’s limited warranty.
After reviewing your cart, click on the "Checkout" icon. This will activate a one-page checkout process during which the shopping cart will be converted into an order using a secure and encrypted connection. Of course! Our friendly customer service team will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have or assist in opening an account or placing a first order. Call us monday to friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) at 1-855-ugoburo, or send us a detailed email listing your selected product codes, quantities and finishes at sales@ugoburo.ca.
Orders from Public Institutions
Ugoburo.ca accepts governement or public or parapublic purchase orders from schools, universities, hospitals, clinics or any other provincial or federal agency or institution. For further information, contact us monday to friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) at 1-855-ugoburo, or by email at sales@ugoburo.ca.
Order Cancellation
With the exception of ergonomic accessories and special orders (or purchase orders), any orders can be cancelled and are totally refundable within 48 hours from the order date indicated on the order confirmation sent by e-mail. If you do not receive an order confirmation by email within 24 hours of the order transaction, please contact Ugoburo.ca immediately by email at service@ugoburo.ca.
Prices
All prices on Ugoburo.ca’s store are in Canadian dollars.
Payment
Ugoburo.ca uses PayPal Pro®, an internationally recognized payment gateway and one of the safest and easiest ways to pay online. This method allows you to pay using a credit card or bank account without sharing personal or corporate confidential information. Sales Taxes
Ugoburo.ca collects sales taxes on all orders based on the order's shipping address. The amount collected will be shown during checkout before the order is completed, either as GST, HST and/or a provincial sales tax.
Tax-exempt Organizations
Contact our sales support department by e-mail at sales@ugoburo.ca or by phone at 1-855-ugoburo before ordering if your organization has a tax exempt status. No taxes will be collected on your order upon your status confirmation by the relevant authority.
Quantity Discounts
We are happy to offer a discounts to customers requiring a one-time large purchase or for large annual volume. Please contact us by phone at 1-855-ugoburo or by email at sales@ugoburo.ca for a special quote monday to friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).
Natural Material Products or Website Image Colors
Some furniture is made from quality natural wood. Some woods will mellow with age and exposure to sunlight, shades, heat, cold, humidity or any other natural condition.
Leather goods are made from quality natural leather and may therefore not be uniform in color or texture or shade. Only the finest hides are selected, and they will show natural marks and scars. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the colors shown on our website represent the actual product or finish in every respect. We advise you to make your selection carefully to ensure that it will be satisfactory.
