Ugoburo.ca accepts returns on most of its office furniture products (excluding ergonomic accessories, Gardex storage solutions, Humanscale, Boss Design and Workrite products, special orders and purchase orders).
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your purchase for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery by contacting our customer service department at 1-855-ugoburo or by email at email@example.com. Ergonomic accessories, Gardex products, special orders and purchase orders cannot be returned unless they are defective (see our Delivery Policy if this is the case).
Returned products must be in their original packaging and include, without being limited to, any product tags, instruction manual(s), tools, parts, and a copy of your signed receipt-packing slip. Delivery charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the original invoice. Delivery charges for returning the product to Ugoburo.ca and/or to the manufacturer’s warehouse will also be deducted from the original invoice. Some manufacturers may also ask for a restocking charge.
You must receive a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA#) from Ugoburo.ca’s customer service agent before initiating any return procedure. Please call us at 1-855-ugoburo or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for detailed instructions. Rest assured that we will do our utmost to make this process as smooth as possible for you.
Once the returned item has been received, inspected and approved for credit at our warehouse or the manufacturer’s warehouse, a credit for the total cost of your purchase minus freight costs, as previously indicated, will be issued. Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company or bank, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to be posted to your account.
IMPORTANT - DO NOT DISCARD THE SHIPPING MATERIALS/ PACKAGING FOR YOUR ORDER. Items not in their original packaging and without an RGA # may not be returned for refund.
