We will always do everything we can to meet your expectations but we also realize you may sometimes want to return a product for whatever the reason. We know how you feel when it happens because, after all, we’re online shoppers too!
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of delivery and get a refund based as follow.
We will only charge you a fair 18% restocking fee plus the amount of your order’s return shipping costs to our warehouse if the product is received by Ugoburo in a perfect resellable condition with its packaging and documentation. Even if you had the free shipping option when you first bought your product, there will be shipping cost charged for the return. You will not be charged any other fees guarantee!
Products ordered via a quotation prepared by one of our furniture specialists are excluded from this return policy and cannot be returned even if some or all products are unpacked. Are also excluded all ergonomic accessories (included in the 'Accessory' product category), desks and tables, Gardex files, and any metal file cabinets.
This return policy is not to be used or considered as a trial. If you use your product before returning it, a depriciation fee will be applied on your final credit to be issued.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT IMMEDIATELY DISCARD ANY DOCUMENTS RECEIVED WITH YOUR ORDER.
Procedure to return a product:
- Call the Ugoburo customer service team at 1-855-846-2876 during normal business hours (Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Eastern Time) or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- We will give you a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and determine the best way to return the product.
- Return the item in its original packaging (including all information, instruction and assembly sheets, parts, tools, etc.).
- Clearly indicate your RGA number on the package and dispatch the product. Note that you will be 100% responsible for the protection from damages to the returned product during transportation.
- If the product has been used or arrives at our warehouse damaged, photos will be sent to you for proof and an additional amount to be determined will be withheld in addition to the 18% fee to reflect the depreciated value of the product.
- Returns that do not comply with all of these conditions will not be accepted.
- Once we have received, inspected and approved the product, we will send you an email confirming the refund. We will deduct a to be determined restocking charge plus the cost for shipping to return the product to Ugoburo's warehouse.
- Your refund will be credited using the same payment method as the original purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to be posted to your account.
