However, and despite our best intentions, we are aware that you may decide to return your online purchase for whatever reason. Well no worries! We fully understand your situation. After all, we also make online purchases and do sometimes change our mind!
If you are not completely satisfied with the product ordered, you can return it within 30 days from delivery! However, conditions and exclusions will apply. It is good to know that Ugoburo is a specialized distributor who sells custom configurable products. Ugoburo is therefore not a big box which imports products in containers. Products returned to Ugoburo can hardly be resold or put back on "a shelf" without suffering significant depreciation. This reality will hopefully allow you to better understand our business challenges in bringing superior quality ergonomic products to market. Before asking for a return, please read carefully our conditions and exclusions as described below. **

That being said, Ugoburo offers the most generous return conditions when compared to other specialized office furniture retailers in the Canadian commercial industry - not the big boxes ! Here are the details:
- 12% restocking fee will be charged.
- The shipping cost to get the product back to Ugoburo's main warehouse will be deducted from the refund.
- Products returned that are not received in a perfect reselling condition or that have been used, even slightly, or that do not have their Return Goods Authorization number (#RGA) or that are received with an incomplete or damaged packaging will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.
** Exclusions - Products that are not returnable
- Used products, even slightly.
- Products sold with a quote are not returnable.
- Parts from chairs, desks, accessories or furniture.
- All desks and tables - except standing desks, ergonomic accessories, storage units under the “Storage” category and Gardex fire safe filing cabinets or safes.
Make a Return Request
- Contact the Ugoburo customer service team at 1 855 846-2876 during normal business hours (Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Eastern Time) or send an email to [email protected]
- A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number will be issued and we will determine with the customer what will be the best way to return the product.
- Return the item in its original packaging (including all information, instruction and assembly sheets, parts, tools, etc.).
- Clearly indicate your RGA number on the package and dispatch the product. Note that you will be 100% responsible for the protection from damages to the returned product during transportation.
- The returned product has to be in a new and unused condition, with a RGA number and in its original packaging to be refunded.
- Once we have received, inspected and approved the product, we will send you an email confirming the refund. We will deduct a 12% restocking charge plus the cost for shipping to return the product to Ugoburo's warehouse.
- Your refund will be credited using the same payment method as the original purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2 to 5 business days for the credit to be posted to your account.
