What’s the benefit of the tCentric headrest?

How do I choose the right seat size?

Seat depth: sit fully back and measure from the back of your hips to about 1" (3 cm) before the back of the knee. Choose a seat depth close to this measurement—without exceeding it. Your calves should not touch the front edge of the seat.

Seat height: adjust so knees are level with hips (about a 90° angle) and feet are flat on the floor.
