Best chair

I've been using this chair for a few months now and all my back aches are gone. It forces you to get up often too which is great. I love the versatile sitting positions possible and the foot rests on the main wheels are the best idea ever. I would definitely recommend this chair to anyone working long hours at their desk.

So versatile and easy to use

We purchased these chairs about a year ago. Both of my husband and I having some lower back issues. We are gamers, and my husband works from home so we are often at our computers. The versatility of the chairs allows us to be both comfortable and well supported as we play and work. I won't ever purchase a different type of office chair for home use or if my choice anywhere. That you can customize the height is also exceptional as most chairs won't fit both myself at 5'5" and my husband at 6'3". We were able to get two chairs with different riser heights that still looked the same.
One thing is that you don't want to stub your toes on the chair, with the solid metal feet it hurts.

Extremely pleased with the customer service

I purchased a HAG office chair (HAG HO5) when I set up my first home office in Germany in 2005. Now, 15 years on, and after my move back to Nova Scotia, Canada, the chair is still fully functional, despite having sustained my - on average - 10-hour working day, 6 days a week during all that time, and without requiring any maintenance. These chairs really have your back - in terms of comfort they are second to none. When, recently, I needed to purchase more of these top-quality chairs for my company in Nova Scotia, I was extremely pleased with the customer service provided by the people at Ugoburo, who went above and beyond my expectations to meet all my needs, including a special order.

Best investment for my back

I had never seen this chair nor sat on it before buying it so I was very nervous! But that chair arrived, super easy to assemble, and extremely comfortable, supportive, flexible, and will take years off my back! I am so extremely happy, best investment I've made in a long time!
